In 2018, the criteria for the award involved getting a minimum number of reports from Angie’s List members, maintaining an A average for both annual reports and overall reports and being in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Only five percent of companies on Angie’s List were given the award.
The Super Service Award candidates must also pass a background check, submit a current trade license attestation, and follow Angie’s List operational guidelines. Businesses are rated A to F in different areas, including price, professionalism and punctuality. These ratings are constantly updated as new reviews are submitted.
